I pre-ordered 2 copies of this book as Christmas gifts in 2023. Not sure why there's such a long delay... and I understand that things happen. But I can't believe there has been no communication regarding the status of the purchase, and no offer to either get a refund or select one of the other books. And I don't see a way to request refunds/transfers on the website, so I'm forced to use the comments.
